A distillation bag (also called a solvent recovery liner or recycling bag) is placed inside the solvent recovery machine's tank before each distillation cycle. All residue stays inside the bag — simply remove it after the cycle and the tank stays spotless.
After each solvent recovery cycle, paint residues and resin build up inside the machine tank. Cleaning without a liner takes significant time and requires additional cleaning solvents.
With a distillation liner bag, all residue stays in the bag. Pull it out after the cycle — the tank is clean instantly. Zero cleaning time per cycle.

Yes. The bags are selected by size, not brand. Our 540×650, 700×1000, 800×1100 and 960×1450 mm sizes are compatible with many other solvent recovery machine brands and models. Send us your machine's tank diameter and we'll recommend the correct size.
Polyamide 6.6 provides superior heat and chemical resistance, while Polyamide 6 adds better flexibility and processability. This blend delivers both 220°C heat resistance and the mechanical strength needed for solvent recovery applications — without cracking or tearing during the distillation process.
These specific sizes — particularly 700×1000, 800×1100 and 960×1450 mm — are not stocked by standard industrial bag suppliers in Turkey. ARMIN Makine is the only supplier in Turkey offering these large-format polyamide distillation bags sized specifically for solvent recovery machines.
The Polyamide 6+6.6 bags are resistant to most common industrial solvents including: thinner, acetone, IPA (isopropyl alcohol), ethyl acetate, MEK (methyl ethyl ketone), toluene, xylene and similar aromatic solvents. Contact us if you need confirmation for a specific solvent.
