ARMIN Solvent Recovery Machines use the principle of Solvent Regeneration to enable businesses that generate contaminated solvents or thinners during their production processes to recycle and reuse these materials multiple times. Our machines purify solvents contaminated with paint residues, ink, printing waste, oil and other foreign matter — restoring them to clean, reusable condition.

The following summary can help you evaluate the investment criteria:
ARMIN machines operate on the principle of fully automatic, closed-loop distillation. Each machine consists of two nested tanks: an outer tank containing special mineral oil heated by an electric element, and an inner stainless steel tank holding the contaminated solvent. Two thermocouples monitor and control the process throughout.
As the heating element raises the oil temperature, it uniformly and safely heats the stainless steel inner tank. The contaminated solvent evaporates and rises into an air-cooled condenser, where it liquefies and flows through a hose into a clean solvent collection container. Since only the volatile solvent evaporates — while resins, pigments, oils and other solid contaminants remain behind in the tank — the recovered solvent is 100% purified.
The entire process is controlled by 3 thermocouple transmitters and an automatic process control board. Distillation continues until virtually no solvent remains in the tank, at which point the machine stops automatically. Once distillation is complete, the tank containing the residual contaminants must be cleaned. Cleaning is quick and easy: the tilt lock is released and the crank handle is turned to tilt and empty the machine. Disposable plastic bags can also be placed inside the dirty solvent tank before distillation, so that all residues collect in the bag and can be discarded with it.
Depending on the contamination level of the solvent, a cleaning efficiency of up to 99% is typically achieved. A safety valve is fitted to each machine to prevent hazards in case of user errors such as overfilling.
