Also known as solvent recycling or solvent reclamation, this process allows businesses to dramatically cut raw material costs and waste disposal fees while meeting VOC emission regulations.
A solvent recovery machine — also called a solvent recycler or solvent distillation unit — is available in capacities suitable for small workshops through to large industrial plants. ARMIN Makine offers four models from 60 to 500 litres per cycle.
ARMIN Makine doesn't just sell machines — we also deliver complete turnkey solvent recovery facilities. From project design and building construction to ventilation, fire suppression systems and electrical infrastructure, all the way through to commissioning and operator training. One partner, complete solution.
A simple 4-step distillation process
Contaminated waste solvent is transferred into the machine's boiler — manually or by pump. Capacity ranges from 60 to 500 litres.
The electric heating system raises the temperature. Clean solvent vapour evaporates and separates from contaminants, which remain in the boiler.
Solvent vapour passes through an air or water-cooled condenser and is liquefied into clean, pure solvent ready for reuse.
Recovered solvent flows into a collection tank and goes straight back into production. One cycle takes 2–6 hours.
Any industry using solvent can benefit from a solvent recovery system
Thinner and solvent from spray painting operations. Ideal for auto body shops and industrial coating lines.
Offset, flexo and rotogravure printing solvents and ink wash solvents. Continuous savings with every cycle.
Degreasing, metal cleaning and surface preparation solvents recovered and reused.
Organic solvents from printing, dyeing and finishing processes recovered by distillation.
High-purity solvent recovery for GMP-compliant production processes.
IPA and other cleaning solvents from PCB and surface preparation processes.
